Delectable creatures!

Girls are a daily distraction. And Ngee Ann is NOT helping when tons of them are swarming around. Sigh. We are at the stage of our life where the opposite sex are a very curious object for our curious little minds. It's like a whole new era has dawned. The previous era was all about soccer at void decks, our heavy rock music, and weekends at towns. Then suddenly came this revelation, which keeps bugging your mind, keeps you at the edge of your seat, makes you WANT and look FORWARD to school. And then it's suddenly all about your image, your friends, and yes, those from the opposite sex.

Being in polytechnic really is different from secondary school. In secondary school, girls were only passer-bys for you to just say hi or wave a hand when they walk pass you. Those in your classes were your targets for mischief and annoyance, and there was a period of time when you would feel so good when they exclaim that voice of irritation and annoyance. But now, they shun you off for being "childish", "immatured" when you try gaining their attention through this old ways. And then you'd starting missing their attention and start changing to gain back that momentary glimpse of happiness. You leave the devil that you are for years back and start maturing, in hope that they'd notice your change.

My, oh my things that I would do to see the smile. So, girls, don't think that you're as innocent. The slightest flick of hair, the grave of smile on your face, it kills us all boys.
